The lady on the phone I talk to about my water is always rude and hateful and never says good bye or hello also I always paid by bill and on time. She also is most likely the resonsable one for having my water shut off twice in a year for absolutely no reason. The city of knob noster needs to replace the hateful lady that works for them.
Rude customer service. Seems like the water lady would be just fine with everyone's water being shut off. Just doesn't care.
