My daughter went in to check on an arraignment that was ordered for her friend. The order was placed by her friends husband who is currently deployed and wanted to make sure his wife got flowers for her birthday. When my daughter went in the lady was extremely rude and so my daughter asked to just take the flowers to her friend instead of having them delivered since the delivery time was later than expected. The florist continued her attitude and told my daughter she would still require the delivery charge after telling her it was too bad if they weren't ok with the delivery time. She messaged the deployed husband that she was taking the flowers to his wife and the lady continued her rude rant.
I was very unsatisfied with the attitude of the owner. I walked in for my arrangement and told her how much I had to spend and what I wanted, then she proceeded to have a horrible mood. I asked her what was wrong and she said it was her birthday and she "didn't want to make another delivery today". I told her never mind and she literally yelled at me to "GET LOST" and "DONT COME BACK", while I was walking out the door.. What a horrible way to run a business and treat your customers. I used to go into the flower shop all the time as a child and buy my mom flowers without any problem at all, but I suppose she's just getting more bitter with age. Again, horrible service and would recommend going the extra couple of miles to go to someone with a little more respect and less cost.
Extremely rude. Came in and wanted to get my wife flowers for Valentine's Day; told them that I wanted roses. They were making another order with a carnation in it and asked if they could add that to mine as well. When they finished with the order ahead of mine I asked if mine would be wrapped like that as well. They said "no yours is in a vase" I asked if I could do that instead and sorry for not knowing. They told me "you're being a pain". I got the flowers in a vase even though they had only got the vase out when I asked; no work had been done to that point. Will not go back.
The new owners are super kind and I can already tell its headed in a good direction. She always has a bright smile on her face and is always willing to work with you. Highly recommend since new ownership.
Despite my lack of planning ahead, they did a great job not only with a great arrangement, but it matched my daughter's dance recital costume and made her day! Very professional and accommodating.
